Our team of experienced consultants at Re:Source(d) have decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and how to seamlessly integrate sustainability initiatives into any size brand or business. We work with established designers, new start-ups and corporate clients to provide them with a general overview of sustainable manufacturing principles, with particular expertise in textiles and apparel production. Based on your needs, we can advise on specific sourcing requirements or provide a basic understanding of production for apparel and accessory development and production.

Tara St James, founder Re:Source(d) & Study NY
Tara St James has worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years. In 2009 she launched womenswear brand Study NY to explore sustainable design strategies. She has consulted for small and large brands and has a broad expertise in sustainable design, sourcing and supply chain. Tara has worked as Production Coordinator and Research Fellow in the Sustainable Strategies Lab for Pratt’s BF+DA, a design accelerator. She built a sustainable textile library and sourcing service in New York City to help the industry find responsible solutions which has evolved into the Re:Source(d) Consultancy and education platform. Tara also teaches a sustainable textile sourcing course at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Dorothee Spehar, founder DS Agcy
DS AGENCY is a sustainability, culture, and responsible-fashion consulting bureau. We promote supply chain dignity and ethical approaches for the textile world. Monica Park, co-founder Eleven Radius
Monica Park is a veteran brand manager with expertise in take-back and resale. She lived in Hong Kong for 10 years and worked for a leading private-label manufacturer and has experience with scaled global manufacturing, wholesale worldwide, and retail in China. Monica led the growth of the REI Used and Eileen Fisher Renew programs as Strategic Partnerships Director at Trove.
She is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Eleven Radius, an action-focused industry group of dynamic, innovative circular fashion brands collaborating to displace linear models.
